This course is ideal for emerging filmmakers who want to strategically navigate the film festival circuit and maximize exposure for their short films!
Overview
With countless short films competing for attention across an ever-growing number of festivals, navigating a route for your short film and yourself as a filmmaker can feel like an even bigger challenge than making the film itself. This course is designed to empower emerging filmmakers to find the best pathways and avoid common pitfalls as they seek out audiences for their work, develop career opportunities, and build networks going forward.
Through an insider’s perspective on short film programming and hands-on guidance through the submission process, you will leave the course with a more robust understanding of your film's goals and how best to realize them.
