Session 2: Building & Leading a Team With Integrity— From First Meeting to Long-Term-Career

This session unpacks how to build and sustain creative relationships in the entertainment business. You’ll learn how to position yourself and your work to attract the right collaborators, navigate creative differences with grace, and lead with clarity in collaborative environments—whether you're a writer looking for an agent, a first-time staff writer or developing your own series

Arielle Diaz

Arielle Diaz is a Peabody and GLAAD-nominated Television Writer and Producer with credits on Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ and FOX. Her produced work focuses on emotionally grounded storytelling where intellect, heart, and humor meet. She was most recently on staff for With Love (Amazon), and before working in television, she worked at Google. Arielle is also a wellbeing advocate and a new angel investor in consumer brands. She is represented by Creative Artists Agency.
