Overview

The Gotham is now accepting submissions to the 2024 Gotham Week Project Market for both our long-running U.S. Features in Development section as well as our all-new U.S. Shorts to Features section! Join The Gotham team for a live, virtual information session to hear more about how to prepare your best submission and what to expect during Gotham Week.

For the first time ever, submissions are open to both Gotham members and non-members. The deadline to apply is May 16. Gotham members receive access to a special extended deadline of May 30.

The Gotham Week Project Market is the oldest and largest curated marketplace in the U.S. for fiction feature films. Set to take place September 30 through October 4 in Brooklyn, the Project Market facilitates career-spanning relationships with distributors, financiers, production companies, festival programmers, sales and talent agents, collaborators, and more for all participating creators.

Recent Project Market notable alumni include All Dirt Roads Taste of Salt, Fancy Dance, Honk For Jesus. Save Your Soul, Nanny, The Persian Version, The Starling Girl, Selah and the Spades, Swallow, Miss Juneteenth, I Was a Simple Man, and many more.
